How is the HOA governed and managed?
PV is managed by Hometime and is governed by a board of directors.
What are the responsibilities of the homeowners association?
Collect fees from association members and then use these fees to cover snow removal, sprinkler blow outs, and lawn care.
Can I attend HOA meetings, and how often are they held?
Generally, board meeting are held every second month. An AGM is held once a year. Check event calendar for dates.
How can I get involved in the HOA and its decision-making processes?
Come to the AGM and let your name stand to be a director.
Are there any architectural guidelines or restrictions in the community?

How are major repairs and maintenance for the community handled?
Major repairs to the irrigation are the responsibility of the home owner. HOA is responsible for minor repairs.
How does the HOA handle disputes between homeowners?
The board will discuss only if the management company can’t resolve the dispute.
